Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon – Buckingham Palace
1926 – 2022 | Our thoughts, prayers and condolences are with the Royal family at this very sad moment.
Buckingham Palace’s official communique on 8th September 2022 read as follows:
“The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.
The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”
Queen Elizabeth was 96.
In the UK, the official Title of the Queen is “Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith.”
Our thoughts, prayers and condolences are with the Royal family at this very sad moment.
Queen Elizabeth was loved, respected, inspiring and a great leader.
Although she is already dearly missed, she will remain in our memories forever.
A consolation for us is she will be reunited with her beloved husband, Prince Philip, in the peace of God Almighty.
God rest The Queen; God save The King!
